2 Days Down, Many More to Go!

Yesterday (Monday, February 22, 2010) was a great start to the 2010 Spring Tennis Season! We had 28 brave souls show up for 2, 1-hour sessions of try-outs. The kids performed well, showed a great desire to compete for the McMinnville High School tennis program, and showed off some awesome tennis shots. The weather wasn't so nice today as the the same two groups showed up for some fun, fitness activities! The kids showed great effort as they ran, jogged, and sprinted through the constant rainfall. A great effort today and tomorrow will be even better! I just hope the weather holds up for us so we can get on court another day this week!
