2010 OSAA 6A State Tournament Results
Congratulations to Jesse, Chris and Myles for competing in the OSAA 6A State Championship Tournament this past week (May 20-22) @ Tualatin Hills Tennis Center! Chris and Myles had 2 tough matches, and although they lost both matches, they gained valuable experience about the level of play at the state tournament.
Jesse had a tough first round draw and lost a close match against a tough opponent from Jesuit. He rebounded from this opening round loss to win 4 additional matches and became the 2010 OSAA 6A Boys Singles Consolation Champion! Congrats Jesse.
As a result of the efforts of Jesse, Chris and Myles, we finished 15th in the State this year!

Congratulations to the guys for winning the Pacific Conference District Tournament! They played well and every player who participated earned points for the overall team score through their hard work and subsequent victories throughout the tournament! I will have the overall team scores along with our individual scores in a later post.
Thanks to all the parents for the great support this season in terms of bringing food, cheer, energy, etc to the matches! We will be having a year-end celebration of our great season and league championship in a few weeks. I will inform you of the time, date and location in the coming weeks. Regular Season Complete
The guys had a great regular season! We finished with a 10-3-1 overall record, which in my mind is a great accomplishment! Getting into "double-digits" in the win column while playing only 14 matches with a tough schedule is something I'm very proud of! The guys worked really hard and played well. In Pacific Conference play we finished with a record of 8-2 that puts us in sole possession of 2nd place! Next week is our district tournament and I will have more on that as the brackets are determined on Monday night. Thanks for the support this year!

* The kids played a great match from beginning until the end of the match. This win leaves us standing at 2nd place in the Pacific Conference with a record of 7-1. We play Tualatin this afternoon, weather permitting @4pm @ Tualatin High School.
